Condo Properties for Sale in Vancouver, WA
If you are in the market for condo properties for sale in Vancouver, WA or Clark County area in general, you'll have to be specific in what you want. What kind of loan are you planning on obtaining? (The following information comes from our March 2010 local Clark County RMLS.)
Conventional Loan...not Short Sale:
There are about 22 condos available for sale in the price range of $50,000 - $100,000.
Need an FHA loan...NO...not a Short Sale?
Not short sale condos: you'll find about 5 between the price $50,000 - $100,000. (Warning...with a condo...many condo complexes have too high a ratio of renters vs owners and you cannot get an FHA loan! In this case, the RMLS will read "convention loan or cash only.")
FHA ... YES...Short Sale Condos?
If you don't mind waiting 3-5 months to move in your condo, you can put in an offer on a short sale condo. You'll find there are 6 between the $50,000 - $100,000.
Bank Owned Condo?
It takes a little extra time and paper work to close a bank owned condo property for sale but well worth it. There are only two bank owned condo properties for sale at this time between the price level $50,000 - $100,000. These two do not allow an FHA loan.
