The topic will be Hidden Surprises with Distressed Sales part 1 & 2. In today's market, this is a subject we could all learn more about. The instructor is Michael E Briel. Michael is a West Virginia and Virginia attorney who specializes in real estate and business transactions. The entire course will give you 7 hours of CE credit.
