Tell me about your success with google ads.  I tried it a while ago and had no luck whatsoever and in fact was very frustrated with my results.  I'm sure it was just the trial and error but it was very expensive on my part.  This question is just for real estate agents across the country.  Do you have a certain company that you use that you have enjoyed using that helps you with duel ads and helps you write the ads to pull the maximum results?  I would love to hear from you.  Please tell me about your success and I appreciate it very much.

I have been using Google Adwords for 4 years and it works well for me. Here are some thoughts and suggestions for you.

Real estate is a very competitive market especially using Google Adwords. If you are too generic or make newbie mistakes...it can cost you time and alot of money. What I really do like about Adwords is the ability to drive very targeted traffic to your site quickly and cost effectively (if you know what your doing).

In a nutshell, the key to successful Adword campaigns is to target specific multi-word phrases. The more specific you get...the better chances of finding the right visitors for the lowest cost. There is quite a bit of work involved to fully understand how it this stuff works so I would suggest you start reading books like The Definitive Guide to Adwords by Perry Marshall.

Managing your campaigns will be ongoing...it's not a set it once and forget it system. There are people and companies that can manage your Google Adwords campaign for you (for a price) if you don't have the time to figure it all out. Good Luck.

Hi David,

Hope you had a great Easter Holiday!

I like those ideas.  I will be sure to grab a copy of that book... so I don't make the same mistakes as last time!

Very specific keywords will be key!

Great tips and much appreciated!
