Sometimes the best thing for you is a clean slate! Real Estate agents sometimes hop from brokerage to brokerage but that doesn't always fix the problem... I do think that having a clean slate is sometimes for the best! If your company isn't working out for you... you OWE it to yourself to BE at the BEST place! Have you evaluated your company lately? Good time to look closely! Resigning is sometimes the best option to get a FRESH START!

I resigned from Bank of America today. My reputation was taking a beating working for them since they seem to not want to do loans. Now working for PrimeLending which is a small bank that only does mortgages. Looking forward to working for a company that is giving me the needed tools to be succesful. Things are going to be fun again!!

People list and sell with you mainly because of you. However, you need to have the right enviroment to work from and the correct support staff. I work a lot out of my residence and only go into the office when I create a new file or need to pick it up to go to settlement. The rest of the time emails and phone calls to the office will keep the files in tact. All phone calls automatically get forwarded to me on any of my listings. The reason for a move is not always personal, it is because of the office itself may have gone under and you have to make a logical and wise decision who you want your next firm to be. Best wishes.
