The 45 lots designed for bungalows and single family homes won't be released until Friday, but eager homeowners don't want to risk missing the chance to buy a home in the Tamarack's phase two development of the Chaparral community.
The sales team has never seen people line up so many days in advance. "This is an accumulation, I believe, of people waiting almost a year -- we've had no lots," said Noella Francouer of Tamarack Homes.
