Before & After - 4 Chicks And A Dude...

Services for Real Estate Pros with Triad Real Estate Photography

Hey Gang:

I present to you, the Four Horse(wo)men of Triad Home Staging!

Recently, Chrissie Sutherland, Kim Lee, Lori Nicholson and Angele Carlson got together on a joint project to stage a vacant home that is being shown in the Greensboro Parade of Homes.  If you recall, I featured rookie stagers Lori and Angele in previous posts.  Well, here is when serious talent puts their heads together to "Git R Done."

Chrissie was kind enough to provide me with Before shots and has allowed me to use them in this presentation.

Enjoy!

Now, that's all for the B&A photos...now for the REST of the story...

I believe the ladies did an excellent job with this collaboration, and it was a GREAT opportunity for the Rookies to get in some good practical experience with Chrissie and Kim.

Andrew- they did a great job, especially with the details.  And, of course, your photos were the icing on the cake.

Chas - That is the plan!  The GREAT thing about all 4 ladies, is each works in an entirely different part of the Triad, so they don't step on each other's toes. =)  I can only imagine how much FUN it was for all of them to get together and work on this project...I have seen "behind the scenes" pics, they looked like the girls were having a BLAST!

Kathy - Thanks, they did do an awesome job, didn't they?

Chrissie - Thanks for the opportunity!  I'll get y'all your copies this week for your portfolios.

Liz - Like "Four Weddings and a Funeral."  =P

Cathy - We hope so!  The clock is ticking and this weekend is the Parade of Homes, so hopefully this property will be under contract soon.

Mary Lou - Thanks!!

The staging is beautiful. Just enough little touches to make it look as if someone might live there. So often the little touches aren't right and it still feels like an empty home.

The photos are beautiful and serve to enhance the impression people will have of the home. Well done.
