At the highest end of Upper Marlboro's real estate prices, you will find a nine bedroom, eight bath single-family home on the market for $3,000,000.

It is worth noting that homes in Prince George's County tend to be larger than the standard three-bedroom, two-bath model. This is due in part to the county's extensive array of historic homes that have been erected and lovingly preserved over the course of the past three centuries. Classic Victorian, Georgian, and Federal style homes sit graciously perched on large lots. Inside, it is not uncommon for smaller homes to offer at least four bedrooms.
