The time has arrived for the 2010 PA Primary on Tuesday May 18 throughout Pennsylvania.

After months of political discourse and posturing, the 2010 political season really gets under way in PA tomorrow Tuesday May 18.  There are several key races being decided tomorrow that could have important national ramifications.  2010 PA PrimaryIn Delaware County, the slate of local candidates for the fall elections appears to be basically set.  The most watched vote will be between Arlen Specter and Joe Sestak as they square off over the Senate seat currently held by Specter although other races include the governor and lieutenant governor primaries.  At this point the Senate primary race appears tied - so every vote in the state could be key.

In the State of Delaware, the Republicans held their State Convention on Saturday.  Congratulations to Congressman Mike Castle, Michelle Rollins, and the other candidates that were endorsed during the convention.  Delaware's state primary will not be held until September to decide any still contested seats for the fall election.

Having endured months of political wrangling and watching Washington take from the country and its citizens for the benefit of every special interest to ever walk the halls of Congress, it is now our chance to finally have a say.

Take this opportunity to vote and be sure that your voice is heard during the coming elections.
