I wanted to give everyone an idea that there are properties being sold in the high end of the city. I read so many comments out there on the real deal or curb that oh there is no money to buy. I dont know but it seems as if there are still people willing to spend money buying the high end properties. I know that most likely the asking price on these properties were alot higher then what they sold for. I am also sure that most of these were not financed through a bank.
