In this brief video, I wanted to show everyone how to find out the accuracy of Zillow.com in any given area. I think that Zillow can be a great tool to determine general neighborhood values, however it should not replace the opinion of a real estate professional in your area. If you scroll to the bottom of the Zillow website, click on the tab that says "Zestimate Value and Accuracy"
Take Philadelphia, PA accuracy values for example. 24% of the homes that sold in the area had a Zillow estimate that was off by 20% in value.
