The stress from all this work, following up on transaction, etc. is getting to me. I lost my assistant last year when she moved to the mainland, I figured what the heck, I used to do all my work and follow all my transaction before, but now Im heavily re-thinking it again.

I need an assistant NOW!

Hey man you could always come on over to Prudential.  LOL!!!!! 

We have Tranaction Coordinators that do pretty much everything for you from the start of escrow till closing.  The cost is $500 a transaction.  Not sure how much you were paying your assistant but most get over $30k a year part time from what I see.  That means you would need to do 60 transactions a year for the same amount.

Just a thought.  You know I'm going to keep trying! : )  Not too many great agents out there like you...
