ListedGreen.com has recently seen an upsurge in LEED rated homes being advertised on the site.
We believe this increased momentum is due to agents, EcoBrokers and the public gaining a broader knowledge of energy efficiency.
We have also heard maybe "Green" is beginning to "lose" it's meaning.
Due to the nature of what "Green" really means, we don't think it will ever lose the audience.
