Another successful short sale with One West Bank and Green Tree Servicing - less than 60 days!

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Front Door Realty WA 24504 / OR 201010056

We had to switch buyers three times, the seller was self employed and income was difficult to verify, the file got lost once, the approval expired twice.... but we still managed to get this Battle Ground, WA home sold to some lucky first time buyers in less than 60 days!

Battle Ground WA short sale

Indymac/Onewest bank was the first mortgage and they were wonderful to work with, and allowed a generous amount to the 2nd lien holder, Green Tree Servicing. It took a lot of dilligence and follow up, but the happy buyers are moving in this weekend!

Congrats Julie. Great job.  It's a good feeling when you get a difficult short sale done and closed.

And how is the family that was forced out of their home doing?

Nobody was forced out of their home... this was not a foreclosure, but rather a voluntary short sale. Perhaps you misread the post, or are misinformed on the difference between the two. Click here if you'd like to know how my seller is doing.... and thanks for giving me some good content for my next blog!
