This area along route 6 looks to be heating up with some commercial activity. With the new Ultimate Electronics superstore coming to Seekonk and the new Target going in just east of Swansea Mall, this area should really benefit form new jobs and some new money coming into the area.
Both of these stores also make great anchor stores to drive in the consumer traffic. There are plenty of office, retail and real estate locations available along the strip between these two towns and setting up shop somewhere along this belt might prove to be a wise move.
