Thank you to both of you.  I had 6 visitors.  At this price point, on Fathers Day, it feels like a successful OH.

We visited Manhattan on vacation a few years ago at Christmas, to see the store windows.  Looking up at all of those apartment buildings, it was fun to imagine what they were like inside, thanks for a glimpse!  For a Colorado gal, this kind of living is as foreign as if I lived on the moon, and certainly something I would love to try some time! I think we stayed in a hotel "reasonably close" to this while visiting your city, and we had a blast!

This is definitely not a "cookie cutter" Manhattan apartment.  It's a pleasure to show an apartment when it is perfectly renovated, beautifully decorated, and spotless.

Colorado is a nice place to be, especially if you love the great outdoors. It just doesn't have enough action for me. Look me up if you ever visit again.
