I am proud to announce that I have 3 Featured Posts on Activerain. I know its not even close to many other members who have had numerous posts Featured on Activerain but its an accomplishment for me and I am proud of it. The main reason why it makes me happy when I am Featured on Activerain is because it doesn't have a price tag attached. Paying the real price for being Featured on Activerain is priceless.
Sure, I can be a Fairfield New Jersey Featured Agent in the spotlight on Trulia. That price tag is $50 a month for 100% market share.
I can also be a Fairfield New Jersey Featured Agent on Zillow by creating a showcase ad on Zillow for $116. The featured showcase will run for 30 days.
Do you see where I am going with this? I have three Featured posts and the reason why I have three Featured posts on Activerain is because my peers, colleagues, friends, and entire Activerain Community suggested my posts to be featured. I did NOT have to pay 100's of dollars to be featured. I paid the real price to be Featured on Activerain. The real price can't be paid by credit card, direct debit or a snail mail check. My time, dedication, devotion, quality content and many other factors made the Activerain Community suggest my posts to be Featured.
Once again, I can pay the above fees to Trulia and/or Zillow to be the #1 real estate agent in Fairfield, New Jerseybut once again, as you can see in the photo below, I rank in Fairfield as the #1 Featured Agent in Fairfield, New Jersey. The price I paid to become #1 out of 13 agents in Fairfield, was the same as above, time, dedication, devotion, quality content, etc. I did NOT pay hefty fees to rank #1, I paid the real price to be the #1 Featured Real Estate in Fairfield, New Jersey on Activerain.
