Mirela, Thank you for posting this video. This is disturbing. I am impressed by Kindra. Don't be surprised if the link to this video is broken soon. What she is saying is right. BP, the government agencies, our government do not care, and now it looks as if FOX News has crossed over to the other side. BP did not follow safety guidelines when they drilled the well. To cut corners they did not spend the extra $1 Million to put in an emergency shutoff valve for an event like this. Now they're talking billions to cleanup the spill and pay claims. Money from BP is to be placed in an escrow account that is owned by a past associate of Pres. Obama. Don't you think that is unethical, to say the least? Some creative financing underway? Look at the date the "accident" happened. This has been planned by the dictators who are trying to take over America. When are we going to wake up? Had to say it.
P.S. GulfEmergencySummit.org just lost me because they are promoting socialism. The other speaker is just a puppet of Pres. Obama. God help us.

In spite of the moratorium, BP has found a way to move forward with a drilling project by actually building their own island out of gravel, thus obtaining the permit to drill "onshore", instead of "offshore":

This is not being taken care of and it is a real problem. The media is not pushing to get this cleaned up.
Disgusting how these corporations have more importance than "we the people." They are so devious! They will not have their people wearing respirators because later when the locals are sick and dying of various cancers they can say, "We didn't know - we thought it was safe". If they issue respirators it would indicate that they knew there was a danger to humans and did not warn the public thus making them libel. If you look at the problems in Ecuador, Peru, and Nigeria you will see what happens years after people have been exposed to this sort of mess - respiratory disease, skin problems, lose of hair, various types of cancer, and birth defects. In my opinion the proper avenue here is to warn the residents of the long term possible effects and have a voluntary evacuation. If people choose to stay then that is their choice and the ramifications of that decision will be on them but to tell them everything is OK, when BP knows it is not, is criminal. God Bless Kindra for telling America what is REALLY going on. Hopefully, everyone who sees this will pass it on to all their friends and post it on all the networking groups.
wow...this just further opens up a can of worms and I hope Lawyers or anyone who can "get their hands" on BP does the right thing, not that it will fix the environment because this mess is seeping deep into the earth, but more for the principle. This is an eye opener for me because I only hear about it on the news (cover up, edited version) but this is straight from the source and the American Government needs to step up, these are your people and the ones paying your health care and wadges. I have been so pained to watch our government's reticence in dealing with this disaster. They have been limp and it actually appears they are working for BP, not for the American people who pay their "official" salaries and voted them into office...
I was born and raised in a communist country, where this type of thing was the norm. When my family defected and came to the states, I thought I had left all of that behind. This is like deja vus and it has been very distressing.
We rely on OCHA, the EPA. the Coast Guard and all these government agencies to protect our people. As Kindra so poignantly reveals, BP rules the Gulf Coast and all these agencies seem to be working for BP, not for the American People.
We have been watching this unfold for 66 days and things keep deteriorating. What do we have to do to take our agencies back, to take our Government back? I go to bed every night with a heavy heart; I wake up with a heavy heart and every hour of every day I think of our people, whose health is being compromised as I write these lines. I have signed the petitions, organized the protests, written all my Congressmen, my president. I have blogged about it, talked about it, made a Facebook group about it. I don't know what else to do!?!
Every day that goes by, more and more Corexit is dumped on our Coast. Already, people located five hours away from the Gulf are reporting decimated populations of birds and insects in their areas. Crops are starting to show the damage from Corexit, which is agent orange. This British Company has doused over 1.8 million gallons of this toxic chemical all over our Gulf coast, even though this chemical is not even legal in their own country. They have killed much life in the Gulf already; the human toll is about to be revealed soon, and then all we'll be left with is finger pointing from politicians who have lost the respect of the American people, whose lives they consider "expendable"!
It's a sad day! May God help us all!
