Ann, I've never heard of dyeing a pond- but it does make for an interesting photo!
It is a nice photo of a pretty area. I can't understand why the city would want to put dye in the water?

It was an odd color..... Reminded me of when Six Flags would color the water.

Ann, I never did get used to Chicago dyeing the river green for St Pattys day...can't say I like this much better...oh well...at least there's not an oil slick on it!
