Minimizing distractions are key.  And while I have tried working from home, I am prone to too many distractions there.  I prefer an office environment.

Great list!  I also agree with Anne, "minimizing distractions" is of paramount importance for me!  My home office is less distracting than my real estate office.

This is a great list for staying on track to be successful! I do have a tendency to get emotionally attached to my clients, not so much the transactions, but my clients for sure. I have gained many friends that were once clients!
