I live in the Grand Lakes subdivision in Katy, Texas and on the 4 Th of July like a lot of folks I went to an excellent party in our neighborhood. Our hosts always have a great event no matter what we are gathering to celebrate. At this event a few of the husband's attending the party were complaining about various things going on in the Grand Lakes Community. They were telling me I guess since they know I am a Realtor who works the Katy area. Well guys this is your opportunity to express yourselves and be heard as the Community Association will hold a Town Hall Meeting on July 20, 2010. The meeting will run from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM. It will be held at the Fort Bend County Library 2620 Commercial Center Blvd. ( next to La Centerra and close to Prudential Gary Greene's Katy Office). If you need directions call me at 281-904-6772 and I will happy to help you get to the meeting.
The meeting will include a special guest being Fort Bend County Commissioner Andy Meyers. All are welcome to attend. The main purpose of the meeting is to pass information with updates on Grand lakes business and will include discussing financial reports concerning the Association. Commissioner Meyers will hold a Question and Answer session. Bring as many neighbors as you can.
In addition, I also learned that the 4th friday of each month the Community Assocaition holds its normal monthly meeting. The metings begin at 9:30AM and are held at the PCMI Offices at 15995 N. Barkers Landing in Houston 77079.
