This was an absolutely great video.  Although I did listen to Linda's entire presentation, something at the beginning really HIT me.  It was when she said "Every time we say Yes to something in our lives, we say No to something else."  I know that sounds simple, but it is so incredibly deep.  Thank you so much for sharing this.

Also, I wonder if Linda has any more of her "words of wisdom" available on video.  I would love to see them.  And, I know several people I would love to send these to.  Thanks again.

Thanks very thought provoking video.  When someone asks me to do something I used to have a knee jerk reaction to say YES now I say "that might be possible can I call you tomorrow after I see if I have the time"  It works and even if you say now the person knows you have given it thought!

Even if I have not watched the full video of Linda, I have understood what she meant. I am guilty of being idle and wasting my time sometimes. It came to mind that time is money, time is important, time cannot be changed and cannot be turned back. Sometimes our decisions are dependent on our mood. When we are in good mood and somebody calls for this and that, without hesitation we say "yes" before thinking if it's right or not. This reminds me to think first before making any decision and regret and wonder why I did this and that.
