Saturday, August 14th Washington State Housing Finance Commission sponsored First Time Homebuyer class being held at: 1415 Freeway Drive, Mt. Vernon, WA in the Aqua room of the Skagit PUD bldg.
Registration starts at 8:30AM....must reserve your spot by calling 360-630-9000 as the classes fill up fast.
This class is great for the buyer that doesn't have a down payment and needs financial assistance with the down payment. 5% interest, can borrow up to $10,000.00 if specific guidelines are met. Payment rolls in to the first so only one payment is made each month.
