There are currently 5134 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (02/26/10-8/05/10), 1966 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 15 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (7/28/10-8/05/10):
- 176 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 92 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 55 Homes SOLD
- 183 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
