Heritage is a wonderful masterplanned community developed by Hillwood Residential in the North Fort Worth / Keller, Texas area. Heritage has several thousand homes of differing sizes, features, and price points. Currently, The Bluffs at Heritage is in the final phase of development. Homes in this section of the neighborhood start in the $280's and go up into the $500's. These homes range from approximately 2,300 square feet to well over 5,000 square feet. Pre-owned homes are available as low as the $140's in different sections of Heritage. There is truly something for everyone!
Heritage attracts residents looking for a resort style atmosphere. With 7 pools, sports courts, walking trails, ponds, and green spaces, there is plenty to keep busy with! Sidewalks are located throughout the community, which is great for those who enjoy walking or biking. The community opened a central clubhouse near the pools which can be rented out for special events, such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, etc. It sits on a hill and offers a great view of the neighborhood!
Additionally, there are two blue ribbon schools located right inside of Heritage- Bette Perot Elementary and Eagle Ridge Elementary! These schools are part of Keller ISD, which is highly acclaimed in the area. Recently, Keller has been ranked as one of the top places to live in the country. Technically, Heritage is located in the city of Fort Worth, but children attend Keller schools.
