Well summer is winding down, we had a beautiful full moon this morning, hope that brings good things today!

This time last year I was on the brink of launching my business and wondering what roads it would take me to. My business has taken on a life of it's own directed by myself and a wonderful group of advisors.

The principles of the company apply to all businesses. Harvard Business teaches that 40% of your marketing budget should be spent on repeat and referral marketing. The customers we already have are our best source of future business.

I have the great pleasure of working with amazing customers, helping with leveraging their time so that their efforts are seamless for repeat & referral marketing. We have a customers that we work as their inside sales force to create repeat & referral Marketing. We do full company assessments as it is a 6 step program to success.

Networking has been a key role in the success of the business in fact I believe in it so strongly that I started my own organization www.professionalconnections.ca . I am a proud member of the Chamber of Commerce, E women's Network (on the leadership team), and the Capital City Executives Association.

The business was launched in Vancouver in August and we look forward to growth there as well as in Victoria.

We have moved from a home office, to a single office to an office with a reception area, two private offices and a board room.

I look for opportunities whenever I can to present my Presentation on Repeat & Referral Martketing Strategies, which I will be presenting to Business Victoria tomorrow night.

I am truly grateful and thankful for all of the wonderful associations and alliance that have been made, the success is due to the loyalty of the customers.

Hi Debe....mmm.I'm not sure if you know this ....Eatons fired all their managers in the 70's, many with 40 years experience and hired all young MBA's from Harvard...this rest is history.
