People can't help listening to the news and hearing about the double dip recession and the downturning housing market, Oh my god all the doom and gloom, wow housing prices are falling. I say ignore all that hog wash, now is the best time for a new home owner to jump into the market DO NOT TRY AND TIME THE MARKET, you have low, low, low interest rates you have normal home prices where you can buy a 250k home if you make an average house hold income of 45-50k per yr. YES IT IS A GOOD TIME TO BUY!!!!
And a note to you agents who are sitting in the office talking about the impending doom of the housing market, STOP! get out there and sell there are.. let the people know that they can buy a home!
