Market Report - January - August 2007 - Hamilton Township

Well another month has passed and we are still Okay. With 8 months closed in the year we are still holding strong. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. We currently have a 7 month supply of homes is Hamilton Township and statistically that means we are in a "consistent" market.
