September 2010 Eastside (NWMLS Areas 500-600) came in with 544 Pending sales vs. 664 in Sept. 2009. Both 2009 and 2010 show 3.417 Active listings raising Months of Inventor from 5.1 in 2009 to 6.3 in 2010. Market time dropped, however to 110 days from 124 days on market. As we see by the heat map below, the King and Snohomish County region has slipped dramatically from last year as measured by Month's of Inventory.
