The Raceway Mall will soon be getting a Cheesecake Factory. The Raceway Mall in Freehold Township has been adding a 100,000 square foot addition and the Cheesecake Factory just announced they will be occupying 10,300 square feet of space near the entrance of the new space being built.
The Cheesecake Factory first opened in 1978 with a family recipe. They have grown to a national chain and offer more than 200 menu items and 40 desserts including their famous cheesecake.
I am excited to have one of their restraunts come to Monmouth County. I had occasion to dine at one when I was taking a real estate course in Phoenix. Arizona and very much enjoyed it.
