If a tree falls!

By

How many of you remember that old saying

If a tree falls in the Forrest and there is nobody around for miles, does it make a sound?

I feel the same way with real estate today. How many times do we tell people day in and day out that right now is the best time to purchase real estate? And how come not many are around to hear what we are saying.

I feel many agents would agree with me that if there were a buyer that had no home to sell and had good credit that this buyer would have one of the best markets that they could want.

Low interest rates are still very low. And rumor has it they may drop.

Months and months of inventory in my neck of the woods any way. ( about a 10 month's supply )

Could you imagine having this kind of a problem as a buyer? I can't- I mean you can get a good rate and you can basicaly get your choice of many homes and be picky about it.

So why then don't we see more people coming forward? Bad media hype!

It is our duty as real estate agents to make sure the real news is heard

THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO PURCHASE A NEW HOME!

I am finding that the first time buyers that I speak to at McCue Mortgage are enjoying the fact that they have so much to choose from.  You are right.  We have to get the word out.

The market usually benefits at least one group at any given time. It's up to us to help those that we can, and make sure the favored know their situation as well.
