You Watched My Video And Still Moved To Belmont Bay-Will Wonders Never Cease
I think Cindy shows us how really great it is to video communities in different seasons. She was courageous to do this in the cold and snow. It was also very nice to hear Cindy's voice. Wouldn't it be nice if more of us did this, and we too could hear their voice and be able not only to read their blogs, but read them with their voices in mind. I listen and watch Jeff Dowler's community videos. And, the other day I read a post in Oceanside where the realtor had done the same in the a 55+ community. I think of his voice too when I read his posts. Great job Cindy. :) Gail
Today was closing day on another new condominium in Belmont Bay. When I was first introduced to the buyers they said "oh we watched your winter video on Belmont Bay and that's when we knew we had to check it out."
Okay let's put this in perspective. These buyers are relocating to Northern Virginia from Puerto Rico and the video they are talking about was shot while I was out walking around in the biggest snow storm of the winter in early 2010.
If I had been living in the warm sunny climate of Puerto Rico the LAST place I would have wanted to move was anywhere that got a record 50 plus inches of snow. However it shows we don't know what will catch a prospective buyer's attention and bring them our way. Though they hope not to be caught in another bad winter in Belmont Bay they also know the marina, golf club and location is worth taking the chance.
So welcome to Belmont Bay. Here's hoping for a mild winter and if not you will be invited to the 2nd annual Snowed In Party!
