Frio Town Texas was the original County Seat for Frio County Texas . Frio Town was a booming town because it was near to a low a water crossing.

Then the railroad came through South Texas and the town of Pearsall experienced high growth and became the County Seat for Frio County.

Today ....The court house is the only structure standing.

And the Cemetery is still maintained
