The dust has settled, the tourists have gone back to their daily lives, the residents can have their town back and all is happy in Bandera, Texas.  Celebrate Bandera was a huge success, the dollars added to the local economy are still to be counted, but all are in agreement that it was financially rewarding.   Without skipping a beat, the Chamber of Commerce has already begun in earnest the final details of Hunter's Bar b que, the next big tourist draw.  For the outdoor entusiast, this is a definite not miss.  The food is great, the music, the auction, the vendor booths and the meet & greet is not to be passed up.  Hopefully the days will pass quickly and the day will be upon us.  Saddle Up!

The Hill Country takes a long time to settle into fall, but fall has come and we enjoy the cool nights and warm days. Theses are the times of transition to winter. Everybody waits for this especially the Hunters. The Hunters Barbecue on Nov 2nd will kick start the hunting season and the preparations for the Holidays.
