November 2010 Real Estate Transactions for Highland Park

From November 2009 to November 2010, the total number of home sales rose from 4 to 8 in Highland Park. The median sales price of homes in the city declined by $41,500 from 2009 to 2010. Homes sold in November 2010 were on the market longer than in November 2009. Sales price as a percentage of list price went up for homes priced at $500,000 to $1,000,000 to 96.9%. However, for homes priced from $1 to $3 million, sales price as a percentage of list price declined. In November 2010, most homes were sold in the $3-$4 million range and in the $500,000 to $1 million range. This differs from November 2009, where home sales were spread evenly throughout all price groups.
