Ann: Believe it or not I have had a ton of activity on this home over the last 2 weeks, even with the holidays, and have gotten positive feedback. So, we are heading in the right direction. The price is about mid-stride for the area. Inventory is low in this borough and there is only one other home available in this price range, which of course is great for us! I am looking forward to selling it!
