2011 Maintenance Service Contracts Available for Leisure World of Maryland Residents

Did you know that all residents of 55+ Leisure World of Maryland have the option of a Service Contract with the Physical Properties Department (PPD).  PPD is a full service maintenance department located inside Leisure World of Maryland.

2011 SERVICE CONTRACTS

Did you know that the new Service Contracts offer the following benefits to Leisure World residents?

• Opportunity to minimize "hassles" when emergencies occur.

• Added services at 2010 prices.

• One-time payment to cover a full year of service (Visa and MasterCard accepted).

• Coverage for routine and emergency services.

• After-hours and weekend service, no overtime charges
  

  (covered hours: 8:00 AM - Midnight, seven days a week).

Options for four different levels of service at varying prices.

Universal Contract - $300: Covers Repairs of Appliances and Handyman Services.

Universal Plus Contract - $400: Add Electrical and Plumbing Services.

Comprehensive Contract - $560: Covers Repairs of Appliances, Handyman Services, Hot Water Heater, and Heating and Air Conditioning. (Note: Excludes Electrical and Plumbing Services.)

Comprehensive Plus Contract - $665: Add Electrical and Plumbing Services.

These contracts are an excellent value when compared to other plans. The contracts also offer after-hours and weekend services for emergencies and other required services. Unlike other plans, this off-hours work is available without an overtime charge for labor up until midnight.

If you wish to subscribe to one of our contracts, please provide your Mutual, building, and unit information; your phone number; sign and date the agreement; and return the completed agreement with your check for the appropriate amount made payable to LWMC.
