Yes, you read that right. My son loves doing short sales. He loves doing them more than any other kind of real estate transaction. Maybe it is the lack of communication he loves, or he loves all the hoops the bank makes us jump through for these things! Who knows?!?
On a serious note though, it's awesome to have my son working in the real estate industry with me. Actually, both my sons work with me, it's great. My youngest really does like working with short sales. He claims he doesn't have enough work with them either.
