31 Days of December: Day 29 And My Historic Home Has A New Place To "Live" Online

Today I bit the bullet, quit researching and purchased advertising for my 1700's Cape on PreservationDirectory.com: http://www.preservationdirectory.com/HistoricRealEstate/PropertyDetail.aspx?id=1453 and their partner site: http://www.historicforsale.com/HistoricRealEstate/PropertyDetail.aspx?id=1453

I was fairly impressed with both of these sites and their view/visitor stats; if you have a Historic property, I definitely recommend checking these out, most especially the Preservation Directory site.  I still need to fine tune the photos as you can't see the layout before you insert them, but at least it is a start!

I had my yearly physical exam this morning and talked about real estate to doctors, nurses and technicians so there are another 5 or 6 people thinking about it and knowing that I do it for a living :)

It is pretty quiet right now, but next week I will be very busy!  In the meantime, I perform the usual tasks each day: Hot Sheet perusal, emailing listings, making appointments, following up on current in process transactions.

Have a great night, everyone!

Carole, moving ever forward on the challenge. Hopefully, we can all relax on January 1!

Your Wells house was built before Mozart was born! Wow!!!

Hi Ted!  I know!  Isn't that the coolest thing ever?  I just love old houses!  I'm really hoping that these new website placements will do the trick for my sellers.....

See ya around the Challenge! Thanks for being such a great supporter!
