I WILL ADD TO MY LAST POST A GOOD REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL WILL ALWAYS ASK THE LENDER TO PUT THE OFFERING PRICE ON THE LETTER IF THEY CAN AFFORD EVEN MORE THAN THE OFFER. IT SHOULD GO WITHOUT SAYING.
