The beggining of the new year have brought us new rules for Las Vegas real estate for sale. All homes closed as of 01-01-2011 have to complete the new energy audit form.
The form has a few exceptions as to who has to complete the form and how las vegas real estate for sale can waive the form by mutual agreement.
I donforsee a problem completing the form, just 1 more form that has to be completed. The buyer at least will be able to budget for the homes consumption of energy.
