Today is turning out to be one hectic day. I started much earlier than I am used to getting up. I am not a morning person.
I met a great new business contact for coffee--a local Vice President for a major lender. We discussed Short Sale opportunities and really great and fun marketing activities. Between the shot 
of caffeine and listening to this V.P.'s informal presentation, I started the day incredibly motivated.
Then it was to the bat cave (a.k.a. my home office) to input my new listing. It's a gorgeous property on 10 acres in Haymarket. Don't worry. I'll have a post up before the end of the day about it. And after only 15 minutes on the MLS, if that, my first agent email.
Now I'm all dolled up to participate in a Long & Foster Realtors®video. I was chosen, along with a handful of other agents, to be in a new video to mark the roll out of our new commission plan. I was told it would be a quick interview on the topic of why I chose to affiliate with Long & Foster. While that may be part of it, I have actual LINES to remember. Hopefully we'll all remember our lines and this won't be an affair that drags out to the wee hours. I can hear it now, "And we're rolling....take 105."
Here goes nothing. As Monty Python would say, "And now for something completely different...."
