The Vineyard A North Central San Antonio Great Community-78258

The Vineyard is one of north central San Antonio's great communities. The Vineyard has six subdivisions. I began examining the 2010 real estate sales results for the area in "The Vineyard in San Antonio Real Estate Profile", and "The Vineyard-The Renaissance Sales Profile 2010".

This post completes a review of sales in The Vineyard for 2010 in the remaining three communities.

The Province

The Province, one of the luxury communities of San Antonio The Vineyard Province EntranceThe Vineyard had four sales in 2010. Asking prices ranged from $399,000 to $589,000. For the four sales, average sales price was about $481,000. Days on Market ranged from nine (9) days to 346 days.

There are about forty six (46) homes in The Province so the turnover in home ownership was about 9%.

There are three homes available in the Province today. These are four and five bedroom homes, over three thousand (3,000) square feet, and are priced from around $400,000 to the mid $500s. This gated community is about one quarter mile north of Loop 1604 off Huebner Road.

Tuscany Hills

I have to admit, this is one of my favorite communities in San Antonio. These custom homes have such great architecture and design its just a joy to show and I imagine to live in one of these fine homes. I know I'm supposed to be objective, but these houses are nice.

There are fifty-five (55) homes in Tuscany Hills, another of the luxury communities in The Vineyard. There was only one sale in 2010. Several homes were on the market during 2010, but the market did not accept the prices offeredSan Antonio The Vineyard-Tuscany Hills.

Two homes are available in Tuscany Hills today. These are large homes, over 4,000 square feet, with asking prices of $680,000 and $720,000 respectively.

The Enclave

The Enclave is a nice community. It's not in the luxury category like the previous two. The Enclave has about ninety-five (95) semi-custom San Antonio The Vineyard-The Enclavehomes. The typical home in The Enclave is over 3,000 square feet and is priced somewhere in the $300s.

There were three sales in 2010. Sold prices ranged from $315,000 to $360,000. Six other homes were on the market during 2010, however, the market did not accept the prices offered.

There are no homes available for sale in The Enclave, at this time.

Conclusion

The Vineyard is a nice community with a range of home values from the mid $200s to the upper $900s. It is near Loop 1604, US 281, and IH-10. You can get to the airport, the Rim, La Cantera, North Star Mall in under thirty minutes from The Vineyard. It may take you longer to find a parking space than it does to get to your destination from The Vineyard.

Wayne  The Vineyard looks and sounds lovely.  You most certainly have done your research.  Folks interested in a Vineyard home would be wise to have you in their corner

Wayne: I agree with Ricki; I would believe someone could find a desirable home in any of these subdivisions. Location and Price is what it is all about.

Hope your 2011 is going well for you and your family.
