Acreage sellers around Marion County in Oregon are celebrating good news!
Acreage homes sold for 94% of the asking price, the highest ratio since July. The average sold price was up 7.5% at $334,320, the highest it has been since June. With all of these "higher" prices, they were actually selling faster, at 225 days on market, which was 31 days faster than November.
