Here we are, the day renters in Minnesota have been anxiously awaiting. It's officially Minnesota House Hunting Season, and renters are now seriously considering cutting the shackles that bind them to their landlord. What they do have is tax deductions, wealth, and a big piece of your monthly cash outlay which may get even bigger when the lease renews. Oh, and most of them have a dog which you don't. Some of them have yellow walls, which you don't. In thirty years or less, they will have a debt-free piece of real estate, which you can have to if you act now.
Start counting the days to your freedom. Plan to be your own landlord with your own tax deductions and your own dog if you want one.
