Happy House Hunting Opener -- Did your landlord see his shadow?

By
Industry Observer

Here we are, the day renters in Minnesota have been anxiously awaiting.  It's officially Minnesota House Hunting Season, and renters are now seriously considering cutting the shackles that bind them to their landlord.  The lease will be up in May or June, and they usually have to make a decision to escape a month or more before that date.  Now is the time to get started in the hunt.

It was a sunny morning in Minnesota today, and the good news is that your landlord probably didn't see his shadow anyway.  Rumor has it that they have no shadow, no image reflection, and possibly no heart.  What they do have is tax deductions, wealth, and a big piece of your monthly cash outlay which may get even bigger when the lease renews.  Oh, and most of them have a dog which you don't.  Some of them have yellow walls, which you don't.  In thirty years or less, they will have a debt-free piece of real estate, which you can have to if you act now.

Start counting the days to your freedom.  Plan to be your own landlord with your own tax deductions and your own dog if you want one.  Plan to decorate the way you want, and plan to take control of your life.  Call me to arrange a landlord firing strategy session.  It's free, there's no obligation, and it's usually fun.  Call me now.

Good luck on your house hunting season in Minnesota.  Comparing the landlord to the Groundhog is interesting.  Good use to target renters.  Thanks for the post.

More opinions than you want to hear about.

Hi Pat, there are many landlord/groundhog similarities.  I'll leave the rest to imagination for now.
