Good News From My Gig Harbor Open House!

I am so happy to report that I had more people at my Open House today then I have had in any Open House in the last year and a half. The one thing I can take from this is that Buyers are back! I was so shocked at the amount of people who came through. The other thing I noticed was they weren't just neighbors or looky loo's. They actually came there on purpose! They found the listing on the Internet and found the Open House I had marketed for.

I have been holding Open Houses for the last year and a half and most the homes are very well marketed and in great locations and have had no one come! This is good news for you Sellers out there. The Buyers are back and ready to purchase a home.
