The last 8 weeks of nearly endless snow/ice/rain have reminded us of what Spring~Time to Buy Real Estate

winter is all about. However now that the Super Bowl is over, weather has risen to a balmy 40F, and you might even noticed that when leaving work, it may still be light out!

One sign of Spring that I have noticed, is that more prospective buyers have already applied for Pre-Approvals even before contacting me for real estate information. This is a good sign in the Central NJ Suburbs, since we are now seeing interest rates on mortgages rising to a still respectful percentage.

Lower home price listings and and relatively low mortgage rates are enticing buyers to seriously bid homes in:

Homes for sale in Berkeley Heights, Homes for Sale in New Providence,
Homes for Sale in Long Hill, Homes for Sale in Warren,
Homes for Sale in Watchung and the rest of Central NJ Suburbs Real Estate homes on the real estate market.

At this time real estate prices are stable in our area, and year over year gains in the number of homes that are sold in 2011 in Berkeley Heights and Central NJ Suburban Real Estate. are anticipated.

Beleive me Bob, I'd Like to be first in line to go down. I will definitely keep you in mind. Unfortunately taxes are to high for most our elder population and they are exiting the state faster than it takes the sun to come out..
