Wow the average sale price of a single family home is $164,000. 

Our one bedroom condos are going for considerably more than that.  What an affordable community.

Shari, Looking good!  Randy, check out College Station Texas for affordability.  In one of our zips the average home price was less than 130K.

In Florida we are in an all out pre-depression. The frenzie has given way to abyse. Nothing is selling- I hope it doesn't happen in your area

I was watching "house hunters" the other night on HGTV, looks like all over Texas is affordable... I saw some pretty nice homes selling for $130,000.
