clipart of lady writing in notepad I should write a blog today. Blogging in the Rain is not only addictive it is incredibly fun. All the people, all the things I have to share. And the wonderful things I learn. Wait! I already have a long list of things to-do today. I just can’t seem to find the time. And it’s Friday!

If I don’t shout it out who will know that I am happy; that life is good; that the real estate market is improving and how much I love to sing about it in the Rain. I really must tell. I should write a blog today...

It's a catch 22 Teral. To truly understand it, you have to be a part of it. I've tried many times to share the benefits and the value. Unfortunately many agents view it as a waste of time.

It does seem to be perceived in that light although I have noticed more local agents and wondered who was encouraging them. I've also seen a few others returning to the site. Grow, grow, grow. Thanks Donna for sharing your comments.
