Most of you will probably have to Google "Fuller Brush" to know what I am talking about.  They were early in door o door sales when such technique was frowned upon.

They made a quality product that lasted and they guaranteed no matter what!

 

So what about me you say?  They sold a customer a product and they came back to deliver and they asked for another order!  

Go back to your satisfied customers on a regular basis.  Our economy has changed and their needs may have changed as well or they will refer you to friends of family of theirs' whose situation and needs have changed.

Never overlook for past customers.  Referrals are still the best when getting new customers!

Sonny,  great advice!  Do a good job and that keeps the door open to go back from time to time and see if they need anything.
