Active Rain Helping on Search Engine Placement?

By
Real Estate Agent with Lyons Realty

Active Rain is a great place to get to know others and also to get some great ideas, but does it also help your website search engine placement? When I first started on Active Rain my web page www.806homes.comwas on page 29 on the Google search for Amarillo Real Estate, not very good. As of yesterday if you search Amarillo Real Estate I am now on page 2 at the top!!!! I have made some changes to the web page which have helped but I think a lot of it could be help from Active Rain. So what do you think, is Active Rain helping me out on my search engine placement or is it something else?

Well, since AR has a PR of 6, if you're linked back and forth to it, you know it's giving you a boost. =)

You know what, it hasn't helped me yet, but perhaps I've got some well entrenched competitors.
